Rural house located on the shore of the river, with his large garden bordering fields of cultivation of rice, fruit trees and olive groves. In the centre of the garden we find a house rebuilt from a former stable and recovered with materials of ancient buildings and an annex building closed and not inhabited, in one side the pool (12 x 6 m). This space is connected with the river and the bike lane by a pleasant path flanked by palm trees. In the closest area to the house some fruit trees, olive trees and palms and an outdoor dining area. All the perimeter of the garden is fenced and protected from wetland rice fields, in summer (June to end August) all the perimeter of the garden is treated to prevent mosquito in this area and at home all windows are protected with mosquito nets.

Cozy and wide central space communicating with the garden through large glass doors, next to this space we find the areas of services, in one side kitchen and dining room (refrigerator, dishwasher…) and in the other side a bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms with double bed. The central room has a very high ceiling which helps to give more feeling of spaciousness and coolness, it creates different environments, sitting area near the fireplace, satellite TV area • TV …, in a side a stairs give way to an attic open to the room, a futton for two. The house is in a privileged situation of the Natural Park of the Delta, between rice fields and next to the river. In front of the house we have a green route ideal to realise bicycle or on foot strolls, also the river, where different nautical sports like nautical sports or fishing can be practiced. It is also a great place for bird watching. Apart from the Natural Park of El Delta de l'Ebre, the region has got interesting cultural heritage, as for example in the town of Amposta, where you can visit the castle and the suspending bridge from 1919 or the archaeological museum. In Ulldecona you can visit the Romanesque walls and church as well as the sanctuary of Pietat and the prehistorical paintings.
