The house was restored and divided into different independent lodgings. The building has got an L shape so that every side gets lots of luminosity. It is surrounded by prairies and and protected by centennial ash trees. Every lodging has got a private outdoor space with furniture. All the lodgings have got a common washing room with washing machines . There is a barbecue area in a shed attached to the house. The place is very quiet and has got a magnifient view over the valley.

The lodging is distributed in two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a TV, a toilet, a kitchen with a dining area, a fridge, a gas oven and a gas cooker. On the first floor there is a double room with a bathroom, another bathroom, two more double rooms and the possibility of renting an extra bed. Every room is bright. Central heating.

There is a great offer of mountain activities: mountain bike routes, trekking, skiing in La Molina (20 km. away), Masella (22 km. away) or Núria (17 km. away), public swimming pool (1 km. away), tennis courts in Planoles, horse-riding in Nevà, Pardines and Campdevànol, great gastronomic offer in Camprodon, Setcases, Ripoll, and Ribes de Freser. It is very recommendable to follow the romanesque route: there is a great monastery in the town of Ripoll, a romanesque church from the 12th century in the town of Beget and another monastery in the town of Camprodon.
