Located in an agricultural and forest property, the culture of vines and olives coexists with the forest exploitation. Country House of century XIV, recovered in 2009. It has an pleasant landscaped zone and forest that it surrounds the house. A unique space in the shade to enjoy the views of mountains, cultures and to the bottom the sea. In the back part of the house this is the zone of barbecue. In a lower level the swimming pool (6 xs 12 ms) with furniture of garden, skilful outside and bath.

In the first floor there is the dining room with a great table and alongside the kitchen equipped with furnaces and electrical furnace, microwaves, refrigerator and dishwasher. Near the dining room there is the living room with central chimney, sofas, television, DVD and TDT, and near of this there is one room of games with tennis table. One room with 1 individual bed and bunk of 2 places and one bath where there is the washing machine and dryer. The first plant is distributed in 4 you extend rooms, 3 with double bed and 1 with 2 individual beds, each room has its complete bath with shower plate. Central heating. Located between two important wine-making zones DOP Penedes and DOP Priorat, in the slope of the mountain range of Montmell. This is one of the landscapes of more height of the region and in this zone there are the old constructions of the Romance church of Sant Miquel de Montmell, the rest of the Castle of Montmell and the Cruz de Mular, …You could enjoy the views in the excursions in this mountain and you could find, according to season, mushrooms, asparagus, aromatic grass,… In the small and pleasant town of Vall-Rodona to 9 km of the house you will find all the services and some corners with interesting samples of rural architecture and the Castle (documented in 1210) of which conserve parts of the walls and two towers. To few kilometres there are the Monastery of Santes Creus, declared National Monument and the unique Monastery without monastic life, and for this reason you could visit all the stays of the Monastery. There is an extended gastronomic offer, “calçotades”, inlays craftsmen, firewood bread furnaces,… wine of the zone and own production that you could taste in the house.
