This property is located in the middle of Penedès region, 7 km. from Vilafranca del Penedès. Good situation to enjoy the landscapes of the region. Horticulture is the main activity of the property. The old granaries are today two welcoming rural independent lodgings (there a three lodging in all on the grounds). Spacious garden with grass and olive trees. The clients have at their disposal a pergola, a barbecue, garden furniture and a 7X3,5 m. swimming pool, 1,20 m. deep. Bikes, basket ball nets and soccer balls. Shared games room with pool table and table football. Clients can also rent a large independent kitchen/ dining-room with fireplace and TV if they occupy more than one apartment.

The lodging, located on the ground floor, has a living room with sofas, TV set and wood heater. Just beside, there is the dining room and the kitchen equipped with stove, electric horn, microwaves and fridge. Complete bathroom with shower, one bedroom with two single beds, another one with double bed and a third one with one single bed.

The Mediterranean climate of its location offers it agreeable temperatures and sunny weather all year long. Diversity of the landscapes : crop fields, mainly vineyards, mountains of the Queralt Sierra, the Ordal and the Garraf, from which there are superb views on the sea. Horse riding, walks or bike riding to visit the ancient fortified constructions. And why not going shopping in the towns or villages such as Barcelona, Tarragona, Sitges, Vilanova or Vilafranca del Penedès.
