This rural lodging is integrated into 17th century country house. It is surrounded by vineyards and almond orchards, and it has got a big garden with an area for the children and some outdoor furniture. There is a 10x5 m swimming pool in the backyard of the house to share with the guests from property Ref: 30308. The area is very nice and peaceful and the closest town, Vilafranca del Penedès, is about 12 km. away. It has a room with ping-pong, games and a dartboard.
 

The house is decorated with rustic furniture and distributed in two floors. On the ground floor there is a hall, a dining room, a living room with a stove, a rustic kitchen with a white marble sink, a fireplace, a washing machine and a dishwasher, and a bathroom. The four bedrooms are on the first floor, two of them are double rooms and the other two are single. There is also a bathroom and the possibility of renting two extra beds. Central heating.

 

It is settled in centre of Alt Penedès, a region internationaly known for its wines and its cava. You can visit the Codorniu and Freixenet cellars and wine museums. The towns of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia and Vilafranca del Penedès are very near by and they also offer many attractions related to wine and cava. Montserrat is only 35 km. away, and the beach (Sitges and Vilanova i la Geltrú) are only 30 km. away.
