Completely restored house from the 18th century. It is located only 1 km. away from the town of Sant Boi de Lluçanès. The property has got two lodgings, one of them is the owner´´s house, and rented property is attached to the back of it. It has got an independent entrance and it is surrounded by a little wood and two streams. It has got a porch with a barbecue and outdoor furniture.

The lodging is distributed in two floors. On the ground floor there is the entrance, a big full equipped kitchen and a dining area with some sofas, a TV and a stove with glass legs.
