This is a practical and modern apartment with an elegant design. It has 70m2 (754 sq.ft.), ideal for families or groups up to 6 people. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen-size double bed, and the other with two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa-bed with a queen-size spring mattress, absolutely as comfortable as a standard double bed. The main area is composed of a living room and an open kitchen with a dining table, creating a large open space. The apartment has a full bathroom and an additional separate toilet.
